Topsoil (Construction Grade)

Our Construction Grade Top Soil is the perfect solution for making your uneven ground even or sculpting the base of your landscape. This locally sourced clay-based top soil is screened to remove any unnecessary debris, such as stones, yard waste, and garbage, ensuring an even surface for your yard.

We take extra care in the screening process because we use this product in our own homes and understand the importance of a well-prepared base for your landscaping project. Our Construction Grade Top Soil is an excellent underlay for fresh sod and can also be used to plant certain hardy shrubs or trees.

For plants with greater nutrient needs, we highly recommend that you use our specially formulated Enriched Garden Mix or Overseeding Soil for growing grass (seeds), vegetables and/or flowers.
