  • What areas does Garden Bag serve?

    We serve Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Milton, Burlington, Georgetown and Etobicoke - please verify that your postal code is within our delivery zone by clicking on the Delivery tab above.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and major digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Do you take back empty Garden Bags?

    We sure do. If you bring back the bag, we'll refund you $5. You'll also help the environment as we'll get to reuse the empty garden bag.

  • What happens if I want to cancel the order?

    No problem, just reach out by email (gardenbag@toemar.ca) or by phone 905-826-3821. Please note; we can guarantee a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date scheduled and or selected.

  • How much is in one Garden Bag?

    One bag contains 1 Cubic Yard or 27 Cubic Feet - this would equate to a coverage of 300 square feet at 1'' in thickness -OR- 150 square feet at 2'' in thickness. Please consult our customer service team by email or phone if you have any questions regarding measurements.

  • How long does it take to get my order?

    During the peak months (April and May), orders will take up to 7 days to be delivered to your door. Off peak months can take up to 3 days to be delivered to your door. The calendar available during the checkout process indicates what is the last possible delivery date. If possible, we will deliver earlier than the selected date. The average time overall is 4-7 days from when an order is placed.

  • Do you provide refunds?

    If you have placed an order and have not received your Garden Bag, you will be entitled to a 100% full refund - please give at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. If you placed an order and received your Garden Bag, you will be entitled to 100% full refund IF you let us know within 14 days of receiving your product. Most products that are sold are composed of organic matter (Soil and Mulch for an example), it is imperative that we know ASAP.

  • What does last possible delivery date mean?

    The last possible delivery date during the checkout process indicates to us when is the very last day you want the Garden Bag delivered to you. It is possible that we may deliver earlier.

  • Why do we deliver earlier than the selected date?

    It comes down to efficiency and customer service. Most, if not all customers like their product earlier so that they can take advantage of the nice weather when it decides to show up (aka Canadian weather is really unpredictable).

  • Why isn't the bag drop exactly at the "X"?

    Simply put, we don't want to damage your property or the equipment. It's not that we are in a rush or not care, we do. We are gardeners too. However, we place safety first in all that we do. The size of the Moffett (fork lift) sometimes makes it physically not possible to place the bag where you want. We'll make every attempt to get it as close as we can.
