Orders placed after 3PM, will be processed the following business day.
Free delivery is available for the city of Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, and Milton. Areas outside of the local delivery area have a nominal delivery charge.
Applicable taxes are extra.
Delivery turnaround is typically 48-72 hours AFTER confirmation (suspended because of COVID-19 workplace distancing). Orders will be followed up with a phone call or email to confirm order.
Delivery time slot will be sent 24 to 48 hours prior to drop date.
You DO NOT need to be home, please mark your driveway with an "X". Please clear driveway of all vehicles. We will not call you unless there is an issue/concern with an address or drop location.
Delivery dates may change because we know our customers are concerned about their carbon footprint. There may be times where we can streamline our deliveries and as a result your delivery may arrive earlier than you would expect. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.
Delivery time will take place between 9AM and 5PM. Delivery times are pending order volume. Confirmation will be provided by phone call or email.
Delivery location instructions should be clearly indicated by customer when ordering, if there is a failure to instruct bag location the garden bag will be dropped at the boulevard to one side (drivers discretion)
Deliveries can only be completed on the driveway, we will not accept responsibility for damage to property (ex: Lawn, Asphalt, Concrete, Interlocking etc…)
We will not drop the Garden Bag on the road or street (considered to be city property)
A minimum of one Garden Bag per order (maximum of 14).

IMPORTANT NOTE: All change requests will mean that your delivery date is pushed back. To execute a change, respond to order email with your request. We do not accept change orders via phone. This ensures that we maintain our service levels.
