Who owns Garden Bag?

Garden Bag is operated by a family-owned Mississauga garden supply company called Toemar Garden Supplies & Firewood.

What areas does Garden Bag serve?

Garden Bag serves Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Milton, and Oakville. Check out our delivery zones for rates.

What makes Garden Bag better?

We believe that we offer premium quality products, fair pricing, and better delivery options when compared to our competitors.

Where do you ship your product from?

We ship all of our Garden Bag products from central Mississauga. Our location allows us to deliver your order in a timely manner.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For Garden Bag, the only form of payment that we accept Visa and Mastercard.

What happens if I want to cancel the order?

You must cancel the order via phone immediately before it is confirmed. Otherwise, you may be charged in full.

How long do deliveries take?

Because of COVID-19, physical distancing at the workplace and increased demand, delivery times are subject to change and at which point we will notify you. Delivery schedules will be sent 24 to 48 hours prior to drop date. IMPORTANT: Deliveries may arrive earlier than the set date if we are in your area.

How do you communicate?

The majority of our communication is through email. Should an issue arise, we will call you by phone to discuss your options.

How much is in one Garden Bag?

All Garden Bag products are delivered to your doorstep in a durable ONE cubic yard bag which is 3 ft by 3 ft by 3ft. Exceptions to this are sod, grass seed and starter fertilizer products.

How long does it take to process the order?

Once the order has been paid for in full, we process and confirm the order within 1 business day.

Do you accept returns?

Once the product has been shipped, there are NO returns. Please make sure that your order is correct.

How come my shipment hasn't arrived?

Most of the time we make our delivery window. However, some times things are out of our control such as traffic. At that point, we make every effort to get there as soon as possible or contact you by phone or email.

Can we pickup from your location?

Pickup is not possible as this is strictly a delivery service. Given the current COVID-19 situation and emergency orders, no face-to-face customer contact or interaction is allowed.

Where do your products come from?

All of our products are sourced locally and are of premium quality. We've been in business since 1979 and understand our customers needs.

Why are you priced better?

We believe that everyone should benefit including our customers. Transparency is what we strive for and our pricing reflects a win-win situation for everyone.

Can you drop off the bag elsewhere other than the driveway?

We only drop off the garden bag on the driveway because it doesn't damage your landscaping (e.g. grass). It also ensures that our drivers stay away from uneven surfaces when using our equipment.

Do I need to be home?

You DO NOT need to be home, please mark your driveway with an X and we will drop the Garden Bag. Please ensure that there are NO vehicles on the driveway. We will not call you unless there is an issue/concern with an address or drop location.
